By 30th December, annual returns related to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act must also be submitted to the employer or district officer.

By 30th December, annual returns under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 must be submitted using Form D.

By 30th January, contractors must file a half-yearly return using Form XXIV under the Contract Labour Act.

By 30th July, contractors must again file a half-yearly return in Form XXIV.

Within 30 days of the end of each quarter, employers must file Form ER-1 (Quarterly Return) with the local Employment Exchange.

By the 15th of every month, the employer must submit Form 5 and Form 2 (IW-1) for international workers to the concerned regional EPF office

Within 15 days of commencement or completion of work, a contractor must submit Form VI-A under the same Act to the appropriate Inspector.

Within 15 days of commencement or completion of work, a principal employer must submit a notice in Form VI-B under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970
