Compliances in October 2025

  • October 15, 2025 – Submit Form VI-A (CLRA Act) and 1 other event

    Within 15 days of commencement or completion of work, a contractor must submit Form VI-A under the same Act to the appropriate Inspector.

    Within 15 days of commencement or completion of work, a principal employer must submit a notice in Form VI-B under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970

  • October 30, 2025 – Half Yly Return in Form XXIV (CLRA Act) and 1 other event

    By 30th January, contractors must file a half-yearly return using Form XXIV under the Contract Labour Act.

    By 30th July, contractors must again file a half-yearly return in Form XXIV.
