Scheme Components
Part A – Support to First-Time Employees

For employees earning up to ₹1 lakh/year and contributing to EPF

Incentive: One month EPF wage up to ₹15,000 in two installments

1st installment after 6 months of service

2nd installment after 12 months

Part B – Incentives for Employers
-
Targeted at generating additional employment
-
Focus on manufacturing sector and sustained job creation
-
Incentive: Up to ₹3,000/month for each additional employee
-
Paid for 24 months, after 6 months of sustained employment

Disbursement Mechanism
-
Part A: Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) via Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS)

Part B: Payments to employer’s PAN-linked bank account
