With a neutralization rate of ₹7 per point, monthly wages have increased by ₹252 across categories. The notification outlines updated monthly and daily wage rates for various classifications of workers, including unskilled, semi-skilled (I & II), skilled (I & II), highly skilled, and Class I–III staff. Separate rates are provided for employees in hotels, restaurants, tea stalls, and halwai establishments, with distinctions between wages with and without food and lodging. The document also defines each category of employment in detail, based on qualifications, experience, and nature of work. Additional provisions include adjustments for food and accommodation, and guidelines for employers providing living quarters.
