  • Applicable period: 01 July 2025 to 31 December 2025

  • Covers 64 scheduled employments across Maharashtra

Wage Structure Components

  • Comprises Basic Rate of Wages and Special Allowance (Variable Dearness Allowance)

  • Total Minimum Monthly Wage = Basic Wage + Special Allowance

Zonal Classification

Minimum wages are provided for three zones:

  • Zone I – Metropolitan and urban regions

  • Zone II – Semi-urban areas

  • Zone III – Rural and less-developed regions

Categories of Workers

Wage rates vary by skill level:

  • Skilled

  • Semi-skilled

  • Unskilled

  • Select industries also specify Highly Skilled and Supervisory roles
