Summary of the official notification issued by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration regarding the revision of minimum wages:

Reference: Notification No. 133/2023/F dated 27 December 2023

Purpose: Revision of minimum wages for workers across six scheduled categories of employment in the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, based on the Average All India Consumer Price Index (October 2024–March 2025).

Revised Minimum Wages Per Day:

  • Unskilled Workers: ₹647.00

  • Semi-Skilled / Unskilled Supervisory Workers: ₹728.00

  • Skilled / Clerical Workers: ₹851.00

  • Highly Skilled Workers: ₹934.00

Notes:

  • These revisions apply to workers in government departments, offices, and industrial establishments.

  • All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original notification dated 27 December 2023 remain unchanged.
